Harveen’s retail background includes working for top tier blue chip operators. Her career includes a range of retail operational and buying opportunities at John Lewis, New Look and Arcadia – Topshop. Her own experience with recruiters led Harveen to believe that there was a need to provide an ethical, creative, intelligent recruitment solution within the retail fashion space. Having gained experience at London based high street recruiter, Norman Broadbent, HGA Group was founded in 2003. Harveen’s recruitment expertise includes international, buying, merchandising, e-commerce and retail operations.
Sue has established herself as true expert within the design and fashion product management space, having held senior positions at a number of global brands including, French Connection, USC and Ben Sherman. Sue is able to harness her own experience and is highly regarded for building and strengthening teams in the sourcing, production, product development, design and technical functions. Sue also offers business consultancy where she works closely with brands building a stronger design / production infra-structure.
Greg Tufnell was appointed Non Executive Chairman in Jan 2012. Greg is a highly experienced Managing Director with Mothercare and Arcadia. A blend of entrepreneur, strategist and hands on operator with significant commercial, business turnaround, acquisition and fund raising experience across both blue chip PLC companies as well as publicly quoted, private equity backed and privately owned SMEs. Along side a wide ranging investment and advisory portfolio, Greg is currently Managing Partner at HB Prime Advantage, specialising in creating growth and maximising value for companies in the SME sector.
