I have known and worked with Harveen for many years. Earlier this year I joined Antler as Commercial Director. The business was in need of a revamp, part of which was the relocation of the head office form Bury to Kings Cross. Due to the amount of redundancies involved I needed to work with someone whom I trusted to handle the business sensitively and also recognised what we were looking for. I worked closely with Harveen and her team on the culture of the business as well as some tight timelines we were working to. We initially briefed into HGA a couple of Merchandising roles. This was handled so well the list of people we recruited with HGA grew to cover project managers, import team, e-commerce team and retail support. HGA shortlisted 3 candidates for each role with virtually 100% hit rate one of these candidates was successful. I am delighted with the outcome, the candidates are all onboard and the new team has come together well.

Managed to hire numerous individuals through HGA recruiting, they have been of the highest quality and are a true fit to the PUMA Retail culture.
Harveen would present candidates that she has a deep understanding what drives the person, the correct professional background and especially making sure if relocation is in order, the candidates fully understand the implications what an opportunity represents by living abroad.
